Tue, 22 April 2008 Hey folks, I know this is a may come a little out of the blue but after some heartfelt thought I have decided to stop doing the podcast. I have been finding it increasingly hard to find the time to produce the show to the quality that I would like and am beginning to fear that I am repeating myself and not staying fresh. This decision was not easy to make and I know I am going to miss doing the show a lot. I have had an absolute ball podcasting for the past nearly 2 years and have made some wonderful friends in the process. Thankyou to everyone that has downlodaded the podcast and enjoyed it and sent me lovely emails - you guys are the best. The past shows should still be available for the next month so download them now while you have the chance. Take care. Anna Category: general -- posted at: 5:56 PM Comments[23] |

Sat, 8 December 2007 Here are the answers to the Little Miss I-Quiz Tiebreak Mega-Song Scramble (phew hows that for a title) I copied this from Maureen and Michaels answers with the couple of corrections - they did amazing. 1. Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps - Doris Day version, pretty sure. 2. Coming in from the Cold - Bob Marley 3. Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) - C&C Music Factory 4. Nightswimming - REM 5. Killing in the Name of - Rage Against the Machine (It was actually Bulls on Parade from Rage) 6. Today - Smashing Pumpkins 7. A Change is Gonna Come- Sam Cooke 8. Chicago - Sufjan Stevens 9. Luka - Suzanne Vega 10. Waterfalls - TLC 11. I'm Waiting for the Man - Velvet Underground 12. I Still Call Australia Home - hmmm...I can't tell if this is the Hugh Jackman or Peter Allen version - they sound a lot alike. I'll go with Hugh Jackman... (should have gone with Peter Allen) 13. Into the Mystic - Van Morrison 14. Ice Ice Baby - Vanilla Ice 15. Who Are You? - The Who 16. Maggie's Farm - Li'l Bobby Zimmerman (our pet name for Dylan) 17. The Milkman of Human Kindness - Billy Bragg 18. Good Vibrations - Beach Boys 19. I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) - The Proclaimers 20. Little Miss Can't be Wrong - Spin Doctors (how appropriate) Category: general -- posted at: 7:32 PM Comments[0] |
